Click:BESTest pALs™ SToRe! Hi! My name is Tolstoy. That’s pronounced: “TOLL-STOY.” My Mom and Dad named me in honor of a famous Russian writer who lived long ago, or as my brother Hippo Bud would say: ”about a hundred million years ago,” way back in the early 20th century. To the casual, or in some cases lazy observer I appear to resemble a cute little turtle. Well, that’s just because: “I-AM-DIFFERENT!” Excuse the brief lapse into my outdoor voice. I will continue on trying to maintain indoor intonation. Mom and Dad say we’re all created “DIFFERENT” and “UNIQUE” and “SPECIAL” in our own way. Not just me, or my family, mind you. But you, too! You may, if you take the time and look hard enough, find yourself, or someone just like you, somewhere within these pages. For the record, I am, in fact, a cute, and charming I’m told, inquisitive little boy. Genealogists estimate my age to be somewhere between five and seven. I’m pretty sure I’m closer to six. My family has christened me the "resident brainiac," on account of I tend to think BIG and do BIG things for my age. I never cease to amaze my parents, my brothers, my sisters, my friends…and, most of all…me. I have lots and lots of incredibly awesome brothers and sisters, all of whom you’ll sooner or later meet and get to know here. We have a ton of really neat, cool and interesting friends, too. Some famous and some not–yet, that is. We’re all "BESTest Pals™" and "YOU" are, too! You’re all welcome to tag along for the ride. A glorious ride through this wonderful and exciting thing called life. I hope you enjoy reading about our daily lives filled with food, family, fun and festivities.
